What payment methods can I use to order online?

We take all major debit and credit cards including American Express, and online orders can also use PayPal and ApplePay

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

On your first order, you will be prompted to create an account. This will make future orders easier as it will retain your order history and information incl. delivery address. However, you don’t have to set up an account.

What are your hours?

The Combat Stress Webstore operates weekdays from 9:00am - 4.30pm GMT, excluding holidays.

When will I receive confirmation for my order?

Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard shipping time is 3-6 working days for UK deliveries, but please check the Delivery page under Help at the bottom of the page for any service delay notifications.

Overseas and BFPO post may take a little longer depending on how quickly international post is shipping. Please note that we only ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact the Combat Stress Customer Service team at shop@combatstress.org.uk or call +44 (0)1372 587 140 before 2PM on the business day your order is scheduled to be shipped.

How do I find out the status of my order?

The status of your order can be viewed online under Account. Shipment. If you have any questions and need to call Customer Services please have your order number when you call or email.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped please call us on +44 (0)1372 587 140 or email us at shop@combatstress.org.uk. Please reference your order number when you call or email.

How will my order be shipped

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail for bulkier packages we do sometimes use a courier service

Can I end an order to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) Address?

Yes - If you are serving or on operations abroad then your order will need to be sent to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address. To ensure safe delivery these addresses must be input at the checkout in a specific format as set out below.

First name & Last name: please do not include your service number or rank in these field as they will be input later.

For a list of BFPO locations and their corresponding postcodes please click here (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/british-forces-post-office-locations ). This will populate some address fields, but to ensure it reaches the recipient you will then need to manually type in the below information.

If you have any issues inputting a BFPO address please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Any addresses input incorrectly will still be despatched and may become lost in post.

How much from each product goes to the charity?

Once production costs of the goods and running costs of the Trading Company are covered, all profit is gifted up to the Charity.
